Important Notes

  • - Best Streamers and above can use up to 6 stickers, including 3 default stickers. VOD Streamers can use up to 4 stickers, including 2 default stickers.
  • - General Streamers can use up to one Sticker.
  • - All images are reviewed before registration, and the review process may take up to one week.
  • - The Signature Balloon usage period begins after the review is completed.
  • - Files that do not comply with the guidelines may be rejected.
  • - Images that violate copyright laws are not permitted and may be deleted.
  • - If a currently used image is modified or deleted, it will no longer be available and will be displayed as the default Star Balloon image.

Tips for creating the perfect Signature Balloon design!

  • 1. You must download the guide files below (PSD, fonts) and modify/edit them accordingly.
  • 2. Important Notes: Fonts should be free fonts available for both personal and commercial use as a rule.
    Please download and use the fonts provided within the guide file.
  • 3. Ensure all PC and mobile images are consistent.
  • 4. To register one image, you need two files: one for mobile and one for PC.
    (Mobile: 293x248 (PNG) / PC: 195x145 (PNG))
  • 5. File names must be in English only.
  • 6. Please ensure the file size does not exceed 50KB.
  • 7. Please ensure the background is transparent.
  • 8. Using vivid, primary colors will make your image stand out.
  • 9. Images violating copyright law cannot be used.
    (e.g., using game characters as-is, compositing, unauthorized use without the original creator's consent)
  • 10. Do not use faces or images of anyone other than the Streamer themselves.

  • PC

    - 195 x 145 (Transparent PNG)

    - Must be included within the marked area of the image

  • Mobile

    - 293 x 248 (Transparent PNG)

    - Top margin insertion is required; the area cannot be modified

Common Guidelines

  • Exclude numbers
    Shaded areas can be freely edited

  • Font/color/effects cannot be changed
    (Refer to guide file)

  • Consider visibility on dark screens
    (Black text may become unreadable)

  • Images near the edges must not be cropped

  • Images at the corners
    Must not be cropped

  • Top margin insertion is required
    (Area cannot be modified)
